Slow Down and Manifest
The message I’m receiving from the universe at the moment is to slow down and manifest.
So what happens when we slow down, and what does this have to do with manifestation?
When we are busy with our every day lives, immersed in work, errands, chores, finances, maintaining connections and friendships as part of our place in the community in which we belong, then our inner life cannot be heard. We drown out the deeper aspects of self and being with the white noise that is the relentless activity of our outer life. We live almost exclusively in the past or the future, tying one to the other to sustain continuity of our physical existence.
In doing this, we neglect to be present in this moment. When we are living “now” both past and future drop away, and strangely enough so do anxiety and fear. There is no place for such emotions in the present, and time itself ceases to have any relevance.

Now is when we smell the coffee, notice the flowers, and feel the seasons of the Earth as they turn around us. We are intimately connected with nature, from the blackbird pulling the worm from the lawn, to the celestial light show that is our solar system and beyond. We belong. We are part. We become.
This state of “being-ness” is where the physical world meets potential. Where the intuitive has the chance to work its magic. This is the space in which we are creator – allowing imagination to be made manifest in the physical world. How else does the gardener create such beauty, the inventor such amazing objects? How else did Einstein surpass known science, believing that intuition is crucial to scientific discovery and problem solving.
So when we slow down and take time to be present, we allow those untapped resources an open door into our lives – we give our potential the opportunity to manifest – and it has never been more important for us, either as individuals or as a society, to do so.
When we are not used to practising this, it can feel awkward, difficult or “un-doable” to start with, but if we persevere things start happening. Why not give it a go?
