Your participation in therapy is assumed to imply acceptance of the treatment discussed and agreed between us and as set out in the standard client agreement which will be dealt with at the outset of therapy.

Terms – Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

For cancellation or rescheduling of a booking at The Practice Rooms under 36 hours before the appointment, there is an administrative fee of £30.00 to cover room and administrative costs. 

For cancellation or rescheduling of a booking by Zoom, Teams or Skype less than 24 hours before the appointment, there is an administrative fee of £30.00 to cover administrative costs. 

For booked appointments which are not attended or are cancelled with less than 6 hours notice, the full session fee is payable.
